Während bei der Analfissur mitunter bereits eine Therapie mit Salben erfolgreich sein kann, ist im Fall der Steißbeinfistel eine Entfernung selbiger ratsam, um das Entzündungsgeschehen zu unterbinden. Generell wird die Therapie aber immer individuell festgelegt.
